Customer has a broken gate valve on his irrigation shut off, further diagnosis revealed the main gate for the home is also leaking. As an added benefit I checked the pressure after the prv valve and its at 90 to 95 psi which is dangerous water pressure coming into the home. Provided estimates for all the issues, and the customer will contact us when he decides what he wants to do.
