Customer has new flooring being installed and they noticed dry rot opposite wall of the hall bathroom. Flushed the toilet multiple times and determined there is not an existing leak at this time. One the flooring is done we will be coming back to install all new toilets and recommend new angle-stops when the toilets are installed. Customer will contact us when they are done with the flooring, today just provided a piece of mind inspection.
