Upon arrival customer had backyard black corregated drain line that was backed up in two spots. Previous company stated they did not have the right equipment to clear the line. I cleared the 20ft section with the flex shaft and now it is draining as it should. The customer was quoted by the office $99 so I charged that. I did inform the customer that we usually would be more because of the situation and the equipment needed,but we stand by our name and will honor the price. Collected payment
