Replacement of electric split system. Upflow furnace in closet. Recommend: 2 Ton Trane 14 SEER XR14 and matching furnace TEM4 (80%). Scope of work to include: Pull permit. Removal and disposal of old equipment per epa. Installation of new furnace in closet. Set and fasten condenser in place. Brazing connections. New pad, new whip, new disconnect. New thermostat. Tape and seal register boots. Duct testing per title 24. Technicians will wear masks, gloves and other necessary personal protective equipment. Will tarp and cover floors, clothing, anything of customers necessary to protect from dust / damages. Work will take 1 day to complete.
