Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of a water heater repair. Technician from clients existing 40 gallon propane water heater had failed. Tank is only 4 years old but rats have been pulling the insulation out of the bottom. The tank has been leaking recently and recently has stopped working altogether. Client would like replacement. Technical supply proposals. Technical place clients existing 40 gallon natural gas water heater. This is not include replacement of any supply lines or additional hardware. Technician Taylor shut off water to home and drain down system. Technician drained water heater and disconnected from gas and water supply. Technician release seismic straps. Technician removed water heater for proper disposal. Technician installed new 40 gallon propane Bradford white water heater. Technician reused clients original hookups. Technician lit pilot light. Technician set temperature and drained air out of system. Technician cleaned work area of all tra
