Customer has two pop-up assembly’s that are not working very well and the sinks don’t drain very well. One toilet the customer changed out the handle and now its not working at all. Removed the pop-up assembly’s and found parts missing, cleared out the drains and re-installed with new parts. Filled the sinks and they drain perfectly, had the customer try them and she said its like they are new. Removed the toilet handle and noticed it was stripped when installed, installed a new toilet handle and connected the flapper. Flushed the toilet multiple times and it work perfectly, part was a much cheaper version than the standard handles they had on the toilets. Customer understood this and wanted the handle installed to the best of my abilities. All jobs were signed online in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
