Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of drain line blockages. When technician arrived he found that client had already cleared the blockage himself the previous night. Client stated the drain had been backing up but he was able to put his arm inside of it and pull out about 12 inches of roots. After that the drain began operating fine. Sean was out here in 2017 to repair a section of the same line. Client was told then that if they didn't replace the whole line it would continue to occur. Client is now interested in replacing line.
