Guest house system 22yr old gas package unit ground isn’t working correctly, fan won’t stop running. Outside package unit is running the inducer and the the indoor fan. 2 ton gas package unit ground, would need new transitions For duct work. New unit would be taller but would fit in same space. Would need new pad to raise unit. Gas lines would need to be updated to code. Main house, 18 yr old outdoor ac has a fried Contactor. See pictures wires burnt off. Main power wires.
