PO# 1030-0000003952 - We will remove Two gas up flow furnaces and one commercial condenser and coil. We will have Trane custom fabricate new R410a coil to meet application that’s there. This will take 7 days to get once agreement is signed. We will then install two Trane Up flow 80% furnaces to accommodate new coil and we will install new 208/230 3 Phase commercial Trane condenser. New electrical disconnect and whip, new gas flex, 2 pigtails. Line set nitrogen flush vacuum pulled down to 500 microns to ensure that there is no Refrigerant leaks. We will dispose of old equipment per EPA regulations. All materials and labor have been included in this proposal. Permits and Title 24 requirements will be pulled. All work has been completed On December 31, 2019 Tested equipment normal operation in cooling and heating No problems charged system to manufacture specifications
