Customer stated that the dishwasher is not working after did our last repair. Ran test conformed that did not pump out water. Removed screen in dishwasher and cleaned than put back in. Checked hoses and they were clear. Put vacuum on dishwasher hose to confirm hose is clear. After testing it seems to be a dishwasher issue not a drain issue recommend replacement Customer is check with contractor who built home since home is only a year old based on conservation he may contact us for replacement options.
