Estimate to install Evaporator Coil & Condenser and Coil. Scope of work to include: Pull permit. Installation of evaporator coil. Running required electrical to break box. Reworking breaker to fit condenser required power. (In house) Level and set condenser in designated location on south side of house. Installation of condenser and coil. Enlarging return plenum to fit air conditioning demands. Shifting furnace to right to make room for evaporator coil box. Drain pan and condensate line for evaporator coil box. Enlarging supply ducts to fit air conditioner demands. Sealing all connections and plenums and registers. Duct testing per title 24. Work will take 1 or 1-1/2 days to complete. Install completed, 8/5.
