Install 5 ton High efficiency 2 Stage Heat and 2 stage cool with true variable speed blower Trane split system in Lincoln Ca. Replacing with new R8 ductwork and adding a return with return plenum. Change out Beutler zone board to a Honeywell zone board and do away with their Smartvent. Install 2 Nest thermostats. All permits and title 24 testing will be performed.
