Will shut water down and drain down. Will cut and replace 3/4x3/4x1/2 fitting with new uponor parts. One year parts and labor. Will tighten hot side wide spread faucet in master bathroom. Returned to install new pex tee that was determined to be leaking, upon diagnosis i noticed the tee was covered in calcium build up but was not wet at all. The insulation above the fitting showed signs of water mark, above the tee is a tub waste and overflow. Checked the overflow and the gasket wasn’t tight enough to create a strong seal, tightened the gasket down solving the leak. Tightened the two lavatory faucet handles straightening the handles as well, customer is extremely happy and satisfied with the work performed.
