We appreciated Taylor Irik’s on-time arrival (a little early, in fact), his friendliness, his professionalism and efficiency, as well as his ability to answer our questions about the Navien tankless water heater and the water circulation system surrounding it. He flushed the Navien, checked out water quality in various places, confirmed the temperature of the hot water at several faucets and told us to call if anything wasn’t just as it should be.
