— WATER REPAIR — - Disconnect existing water shut off -Remove broken pipe from inside water shut off - Install new brass connection for increased strength at stress point - Install PEX piping up to 10 ft to help absorb movement - Test for leaks by opening supply - Reviewed with customer over the phone — BATHROOM SINK — - Shut water off to pedestal sink to remove unit - Disconnect water and drain lines and unbolt from floor and wall - Install new larger p trap to increase flow and reduce risk of stoppage - Install new water supply line on cold side and dispose of malfunctioning existing line - Reseal washers for hot water supply line - Modify aerator to allow for particulates to pass through and reduce faucet clog potention - Test by operating and review with customer
