Performed annual AC maintenance on carrier package unit in Newcastle. Unit is very clean on the outside with no debris. The Plenum attached to the package unit is not sealed at the top and is leaking water/moisture in to the ductwork and should be repaired to prevent any leaking in the future. Tested capacitor and is in range showing 46 UF out of 45+-5uf. Checked all electrical connections and they seem fine burnt wires or bad terminals all electrical is OK. Blower motor is clean and doesn’t have a lot of dust on it .coil is clean on all sides of unit. Compressor motor is dirty will clean and wipe down with rags to remove spiderwebs and dust and debris. Wipe down unit and made sure that it look nice before I left tested unit for proper operation before I left. Resealed Plenum attached to the package unit to prevent any water leaking into the unit again all work is completed.
