Techs arrived onsite to investigate drain line of property for potential buyers. Techs Were able to locate clean out in lava rock by front steps but noted the clean out was only 2 inches and facing the wrong direction. Techs were still able to fit small camera down line the proper direction. Techs video inspected line from foundation line to property line. Line looks to be new ABS. It appears to have been rerouted around large tree the was likely in the direct path of the original sewer lateral. Techs did note that there is a large offset where the sewer ties in from the home owners ABS to the city’s clay sewer line. This can definitely cause future backups and we would recommend fixing properly. Techs marked location by sidewalk with white paint and documented with photos. Techs will provide proposals for repair of foundation line clean out as well as a repair of the existing property line offset. Techs Cleaned work area and pulled off.
