Performed a.c maintenance in Orangevale. Unit is a Amana Condenser on side of house. Condensing coils are clean and have minimal dust and buildup on them. Homeowner stated that condenser fan seems to shake sometimes, I inspected the fan motor and blade and cannot re create the situation. Also interested in a condenser fan cover to keep dirt out of unit. Checked all electrical connections inside unit and are okay and no signs of any loose wiring or damaged connections. No fault codes on board. Checked contactor and is working properly no issues there. Checked capacitor which is rated for 45/5+-6% and I’m showing 48/4.78uf and is okay and operating properly. Lastly checked refrigerant pressures for a R410A system and I’m showing 132psi Lowside and 314psi Highside and is cooling well and efficiently.
