Customers is looking to remodel the guest bathroom almost completely. As well as getting some of the shower trim in the master bathroom fixed. Along with fixing a leaking hose bib in the backyard and two new toilets to be replaced and sat with new wax rings. The guest bathroom has a cast-iron tub which will be pretty difficult to remove but we can remove and dispose of it for the customer. Look in the estimate summaries for more descriptions. There are two estimates being sent. The first estimate does not include the master bathroom drain fixed. The second estimate does include fixing that drain along with replacing shower pan and walls. In the second estimate the pan and shower walls need to be replaced in order to fix the shower drain. this estimate may be adjusted depending on if we can find the right size shower pan and walls.
