Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of a leak with clients master tub. Technician found client to have three-hole tub completely encased in corner by tile and the master shower. Client loosened a set screw attempting to repair and the assembly fell into the dead space. The only way to access is to either cut tile or pull the tub. The tub appears to be a drop in with just a standard drain and overflow. Technician will provide proposals to attempt to repair.
