Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of blockage with kitchen sink. Technician investigated further and found client had used rental snake to try to clear himself from both the laundry trap as well as the under sink clean out. Technician recommends another attempt with a secondary line drain machine. Client accepted. technician use secondary line drain machine to snake line approximately 55 ft. when technician removed snake and tested he found the drain to be operating properly. Technician use complementary video inspection follow-up to confirm blockage was cleared and flow had been restored. once that was confirmed technician cleaned work area of all trash and debris and answered all questions client had.
