Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of sewer line backing up. Technician was directed to kitchen where he located a 3-in cleanout mounted horizontally under the kitchen sink. Client stated that her kitchen sink is not draining and the toilet in the back has overflowed. Technician inspected and isolated problem in sewer system. Technician recommends use of flex shaft drain snake to clear blockage. technician provided proposals for the flex shaft the standard drain machine as well as video inspection services. Client agreed to flex shaft drain service and technician began work. Technician was successful and snaking approximately 45 ft to 50 ft of the sewer lateral. Technician ran water at all fixtures and flushed all toilets. Technician found all drains to be operating properly. technician did note that he located at least one offset and at least some form of roots inside drain. Technician supplied proposal.
