We will remove old equipment per EPA regulations and install a Trane 3 Ton 17 SEER Two Stage Cool and Two Stage 80% Trane furnace with True Variable Speed Blower. We will remove all old ductwork and dispose and install new R8 insulated ducts to each room per calculated CFM of each room. Install Zone board and two dampers and motors to give individual control of each floor for total comfort and this will eliminate temp differences between upstairs and downstairs. All new electrical disconnect and electrical whip, new flu piping installed, new condenser pad with vibration pads. Install(2) Nest thermostats. All work will be performed to the upmost highest standards and will have a Title 24 duct pressure test performed and will have city permits issued.
