This proposal is for the drain snaking of client's main line through clean out at rear of home. Technician will use drain machine to attempt to clear any blockages located between the cleanout and the septic tank. Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of mainland backing up. technician found clean out at rear of home attached to septic tank had been backing up. Technician noted multiple signs of disinfectant or hygiene wipes along with the waste. Technician recommends attempting to snake but stated that the client likely also needs their septic tank pumped. Property has three homes on it and two are attached to the same septic line. Technician snakes line of all soft blockages but believes the tank is still full. Client will have tank pumped. Technician will return if any drains are still backed up to provide further service.
