Performed swamp cooler diagnostic found front far unit off, because it’s leaking so bad. Back far unit only leaks when it runs. Front far unit, adjusted water down tubes into swamp cooler doors. As well as filled tray with water to test if pan is holding water. Turned off disconnect so we can control unit from down below. Removed register to see inside, can see water staining, but can’t verify where it’s coming from. Turned on system doesn’t appear to be leaking at this time. Might have been water water down tubes. Back far unit, adjusted tubes seems ok Front unit I have turned off, disconnect off and water supply off when micheal comes out we can see if the water went somewhere. 10/1/19Inspected front unit found front unit still holding all its water. not sure where water leak was coming from tenant to run units Sunday and let us know if units are still leaking informed customer if units were leaking we could have somebody come out Monday.
