Performed annual heating maintenance Rocklin. 4 yr Bryant split heat pump. Checked filter 20-25-1 ok. Units drain lines ok at this time, no water in pan, and unit safety water switch not tripped. Ducts silver flex sealed good shape. Checked indoor coil ok. Outdoor coil looks great. Warmed the house up 2 degrees, system worked perfectly. Out door unit running good. Contactor good electrical connections good. Dual capacitor 45-5.
