Tub/shower mixing valve pulled away from wall and needs repairs to prevent water from getting behind wall. Need to cut access hole in wall surround to get to mixing valve for repairs. Will install smutty plate to cover hole in surround and reconnect trim kit. Soap tray is also coming detached from surround and is being held on by silicone and glue. Need to remove soap tray reattach and seal properly to prevent water getting behind surround. Was able to secure valve without having to cut shower wall. Have removed smith plate from quote total. Trim secured to wall properly, no more leaks. Also owner cartridge to stop drip. No more drip
