Performed annual ac maintenance, signed back up on the yearly maintenance plan. Filter 20-24-1 ok shape. Ran system, system operational at this time. Gave condenser a good bath. Checked system refrigerant charge ok at this time. Capacitor ok. Client said hey might have something in attic, little critter. System older but running good for now. Ducts older flex, some of the air flow is varies. Will need to keep an eye on it. Resigning for another year.
