Estimate in Granite Bay for two full systems replacements. We will remove old equipment per EPA Regulations and install (1) 3 Ton 17 SEER condenser and Coil matched with a 80% American Standard furnace with True Variable Speed Blower and Two Stage Heating with Two Stage cooling. This system will provide ultimate comfort and eliminating hot and cold spots in the home. Also this unit will run 2/3rds of the day at half of the power due to its two stage capability and will provide more as the days gets hotter or colder. This meets High Energy Star efficiency Ratings. (2nd system) will be a 3.5 Ton System matching the standards of system (1). Both systems will include new safety drain pans along with new electrical disconnect and whips. Both will have new gas flex connections installed along with furnace stands with vibration isolation pads. New condenser pads are included for the outdoor units.
