New return plenum needed to accommodate the current and new return. Replace current 20†return with new 20†return duct. Remove Smartvent from system. Outdoor condenser will have all new electrical disconnect with whip. We will cut off bad union that is kinked and replace with new union and line set. Insulate new line set to wall. New condenser pad. Line set will have a nitrogen purge to clean out any contamination and will be vacuumed down to ensure that there is no leaks.
