Scope of work to include: New drain pan, new electrical disconnect, whip, isolation pads, new condenser pad, furnace stand, nitrogen line set flush, reseal ductwork per Title 24 requirements. permits will be pulled. No thermostat or Co2 or smoke detectors needed. Roseville electric rebate of up to $500.00 for this package. We will relocate new equipment condenser to right of side of furnace. This includes additional lineset, lineset cover and electrical needed to relocate unit. Technicians will wear masks, gloves and other necessary personal protective equipment. Will tarp and cover floors, clothing, anything of customers necessary to protect from dust / damages.
