Performed ac tune up on rental property. System is 14 yr old split Goodman closet backyard. Filter just changed. All parts in range at this time. Cleaned condenser coils, pretty dirty needed a good bath. Checked electrical connections ok, capacitors ok. Refrigerant pressures good. Contactor ok. Resigned up on maintenance plan for tenant property
