Performed annual maintenance on split system attic, system old but operational at this time. Found blower capacitor just in range 10@9.5 keep an eye on for next time. System is of blower is out of balance and unit rattles. Also seams where coil and plenum meet are I’ll get sealed correctly leaking air. Heated house up with furnace so I could get more accurate ac numbers. Washed ac condenser. Tested system running at this time. 20-30-1 disposable filter.
