Customer is looking to add a gas line to the property for a heating unit or a swimming pool. The dynamics on the swimming pool says we could run a three-quarter inch line within 50 feet this rain is going to be 40 feet of black steel wear it well then go underground in transition to poly pipe and we will have an 85 foot poly run. The specs for the heater on the swimming for 120,000 BTU. This means we are going to run a 1 inch gas line from the manifold in the attic to the heating unit itself. If for some reason the house is running on too many BTUs to use the manifold we can then Run a dedicated line off the meter which would be about 45 feet of black steel before transitioning to poly.
