Excellent Experience

Crystal Blue Plumbing provided excellent customer service. The technician (Chance) went above and beyond our expectations. After getting no help from our home warranty and given a high dollar estimate from a big name plumber, Chance assessed our problem and helped us get through the mfg. He found out that our problem was covered by a mfg recall and helped us get set up for repairs. In the end, we weren’t charged anything for the visit. I truly appreciate the honesty and excellent customer service we received. I would definitively use Crystal Blue Plumbing in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

Repair will include soldering of condenser coil, pressure testing to verify no other leaks exist, will install a filter dryer vacuum system to below 500 µm and charge system to manufacture specifications. This repair will not guarantee system performance due to no refrigerant in system no guarantee compressor is in good shape cannot test. Due to system trying to run could have caused compressor damage from overheating with no refrigerant in system. During pressure test found service port valve stems leaking replace valve stems found no other leaks at this time. vacuumed system, charge system to manufacture specifications, turned on and tested unit operating running at this time Due to possible stress put on system running low or with no refrigerant no guarantee on how long system will run / operate

Performed a whole home plumbing inspection, presented multiple issues to the customer and he chose the ones that are in the most need of getting fixed. Removed the broken kitchen strainer and installed a new one, filled the sink with water and let it drain with no leaks. Removed the stiff shower cartridge in the master bathroom shower and installed a new cartridge, turned the water on with no leaks and hot is left and right is cold. Cut the trap arm at the bar sink and ran the snake about 40 feet before i noticed the clog disappeared, ran water down the line for 10 minutes with no issues. Removed the black iron 90 degree elbow that was in the outside water heater closet, turned the water back on with no leaks.

swamp cooler diagnostic inspected tested swamp cooler found no issues or problems with swamp cooler. overflow drain not screwed on installed properly could possibly cause system to leak was not leaking at time of diagnostic due to the way the pipe was installed roof jack not being sealed could cause water to run down roof jack and into building this could cause the water issue the customer is having sealed roof jack. informed customer to run system and if problem occurs again will have to move stuff in warehouse and use scissor lift to get access to drain pipe attached swamp cooler may be leaking from there

Cleaned all condenser coil’s and fresh air filters part of AC Quarterly maintenance. Found during condenser coil cleaning oil stain on condenser coil. That was not visible originally due to a dirty condenser coil. Found it to be caused from a screw somebody installed to install ground rods. possibly just finished rubbing through due to last service unit was working operating with no problems.
