They were on time, kept me informed of what they were doing and why. Had some concerns about our heat exchanger, so to ensure safety they spent an extra hour + inspecting it, consulting with the owner and ultimately making us feel more comfortable with the situation. Never once did they try to sell me something and were completely focused on making sure our unit was safe and operating properly. I will be a customer for as long as I live in this area.
