Rob came over to diagnose our furnace issues less than one day after we requested emergency help (it shut off and our house was getting colder by the second!). He offered to let me sit with him while he looked for the issue so I could understand how the system worked and what was wrong with it! He gave us all of our options and quickly executed the choice we made. The price was fair and we are so happy with the overall experience.
