Rodrigo is efficient and knows what he is doing. My wife feels safe with him in our home, even when I'm not there, and she requests him every visit. He is going to be checking with Trane on the reason that our 3-yr old heat pump makes a clattering sound when it goes from heating to cooling cycle. He has looked into it several times and does not get exasperated with our questions.
