Thank you for your PROMPT service on the weekend. It meant the world to us! The weekend answering service was very helpful and picked up after only 2 rings. Andrew our technician, kept us abreast of his whereabouts and when he would arrive. Once he arrived, he was VERY personable and PROFESSIONAL. He was able to get to the root of the problem, fix it quickly, inspect the unit for any other underlying issues, and give us excellent advice on mitigation methods. We are glad to be members of Dale's Comfort Club... it's worth it!
