Our air conditioner began sounding odd and we had a yearly service coming up soon so we waited to call. We turned the air conditioner on and it didn’t work. Then we tried the heat. It also didn’t work. We called for service to Dales and they came out within 2 hours. The technician was very friendly and polite. He checked the unit and found out it needed a part. He called around and found the part and promptly came back and installed it. The temperature is supposed to be in the 30-40’s tonight so we are very thankful for Dale’s service getting our Air/heating system up and working! We were very impressed with the technician’s ability to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it properly. We have always received great service from Dales. I am thankful that we had the extended warranty because it saved us more than $3000.00. Thank you Dale’s.
