I enjoyed Matt. He was thorough, and we had a good visit. You are aware that the purpose of the appointment was to fix the filter box that is causing me problems, and he wasn't prepared to do that. But that wasn't his fault. He serviced the AC and did a great job. I'm giving 5 stars because of Matt. If I was going to rate the review based on the problem not being fixed with the filter box, I'd have to give you guys a 0.
