The technician failed to show up in the 1st appointment. After I contact the DGL again, they send someone over in 3 hours on the 2nd day. The technician spent time to work with LG manufacture and diagnose the problem to be the PCB control board but the manufacture recommends to replace both PCB board and the compressor together. He did his job but the result is very disappointing as this unit is only 1.5 years old. It would be nice if the the technician came with the LG SIM 2.0 tool which is specific to diagnose the ductless system by LG.
