It was a great experience. Great service and wonderful technicians. Chris was a pleasure to work with stayed and worked late two nights. Never had a mess to clean up in fact you couldn't tell they were here. Andrew came out to do a final inspection great guy to work with and very knowledgable. Will highly recommend to everyone.

The technician failed to show up in the 1st appointment. After I contact the DGL again, they send someone over in 3 hours on the 2nd day. The technician spent time to work with LG manufacture and diagnose the problem to be the PCB control board but the manufacture recommends to replace both PCB board and the compressor together. He did his job but the result is very disappointing as this unit is only 1.5 years old. It would be nice if the the technician came with the LG SIM 2.0 tool which is specific to diagnose the ductless system by LG.
Chris came right on time and completed his inspection and maintenance promptly while giving me advice on how to keep my system running more efficiently.
I've always been pleased that I choose DGL to redo my A/C, heater, and ducting a couple years ago. It's wonderful winter and summer. Now for the past two years its been my pleasure to have Chris come to my home to make sure that everything is running properly. He's extremely courteous and friendly. He never fails to put on his slipper socks and pays special attention to my dogs who love him.

It's always reassuring for a homeowner to discover a service provider who knows what he is doing. Chris replaced a non-functioning attic fan, gave our in-attic Bryant HVAC unit a semi-annual tuneup, and wrote a detailed summary of work performed. Very pleased with this service call.
Today's DGL experience was top rate! I received a reminder post card in the mail a couple of weeks ago, had a very nice lady schedule/update the appointment, and had a courteous and knowledgeable service guy, Chris, perform the maintenance. Happy to say we'll do it all again!
