We recently purchased a Ptac system from Dirks. The system was installed in about 10 days. Shortly after we realized that the system would heat but not cool. I called Dirks around 5:30 pm (after hours) and received a call from Shane about 10 minutes. He indicated that he was about 20 minutes from us and arrived as promised. He quickly found the problem, a wiring issue. The problem was complex to solve, with Shane testing multiple options. He stayed with the problem for over two hours to resolve the issue. Shane is a real problem solver, looking at how the system was programmed from the manufacturer to solve the problem. I have rarely seen the dedication and perserverence that Shane displayed and would highly reccomend him and Dirks. Thanks Shane for keeping us cool this summer. Jon
