What a relief- called late at night, based on recommendation from my brother who found them to fix a problem not fixed by those he used before them. They called early in morning- set up same day appointment- and then were able to come two hours earlier than that ! The technician Shane was friendly, informative and fast- within 20 minutes he'd determined the problem with the capacitator and replaced it- we won't melt!
