Performed a 13 system cooling maintenance the ODT is 77° upon arrival tested operation of equipment finding two systems not functioning one was due to thermostat batteries corroding terminals which caused malfunction to the thermostat which was replaced with T6 pro.Also on the same system found low voltage short caused by 1 pole contactor reading 0.6 ohms it’s required to be at 16-18 ohms a quote has been provided for 1 pole contactor. The next system was not functioning due to SS1/SS2 tripped within further diagnostic determined it’s because system needed repairs that wasn’t approved previously re-quoted low profile condensate pump along with new SS1 safety will need to resolve these issues to further diagnostic.Once finished determining why two systems were non-operational began evaluation on the indoor equipment there are 8…16x20x1, 3…20x20x1, 2…18x20x1 which were gently used each filter was replaced on this visit.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being int
