DCM22: A/C complete, replaced (3) 20x22x1, (2) 18x20x1, (6) 20x20x1, (1) 20x25x1, (2) 16x20x1, (8) 21 1/2x23 5/16x1 filters. All systems other than unit 4 are fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time, refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for outdoor and indoor weather conditions. System #4 is functional in A/C however the system still has all the previous problems (Unit #4 Jan 12, 2024 estimate). Set all thermostats back to auto and 78 cool . Maintenance checklist attached.

Replaced thermostats for systems 7 and 14, put them on schedule and set them 2 cool/3 heat.

Set charge on system # 14; add 2 pounds of R410 refrigerant. Replaced bolt in breakers ( 40 amp for #8 and 25 amp for #7 ) and tested systems. Both breakers are functioning as designed. Set charge on system # 7; added 2.5 pounds of R410 refrigerant. Need to return to replace thermostats on systems 14 and 7. Ensure thermostats are 3 heat / 2 cool heat pump thermostats.

Removed old equipment and installed new Rheem 4 ton heat pump and air handler. Installed new emergency drain pan, new pan safety switch, new coil safety switch, new return plenum with 20x20x1 filter, new thermostat and new composite pad for outdoor unit. Reconnected high voltage, low voltage, drain line, supply plenum and all duct work. Tested system operations in heating and cooling.

Removed old equipment and installed new 2 stage 2.5 ton heat pump with 3 ton 2 stage air handler. Installed new emergency drain pan, new pan safety switch, new coil safety switch, new condensation pump, new thermostat, new 16x20x1 filter rack with filter, and new composite pad for outdoor unit. Reconnected supply plenum, high voltage, low voltage and lineset. Tried testing system operations, breaker on outdoor unit has gone bad and not supplying proper voltage to unit. Unit will need new breaker.

Removed old furnace and installed new Rheem variable speed 2 stage gas furnace. Installed new return plenum with 16x25x4 filter, new emergency drain pan, new pan safety switch, and new thermostat. System did not start up due to no high voltage going through control board. Need to verify control board is bad, replace, and test system operations.
