Replaced 16x25x1 filter, previous filter was extremely dirty checked blower wheel and found blower wheel has dirt starting to build up due to improper filtration dirt is not affecting airflow however it will as dirt keeps building recommend cleaning blower wheel and replacing filter frequently to keep system clean. Found outdoor capacitor is out of manufacturer range however is still operating at this time, if capacitor fails system will not cool properly. Found there is not a SS1 water safety, recommend SS1 on this application due to it being a furnace and if drain line were to clog water would run down the system potentially getting into the control board, gas valve, blower motor and other electrical components. Adding SS1 would shut the system off before water spills out, protecting the equipment. Found attic door insulator is ripped and is not closing all the way.
