Replaced ambient outdoor temp sensor on outdoor unit. Initially system was reporting an outdoor ambient fault code, code cleared immediately upon installation of new sensor No faults currently reporting
DCM1 service 2 of 2 Heat: Changed (1) 16x25x1 filter, Performed Heating Maintenance Per Checklist, homeowner mentioned that he had colder rooms with low air flow, found that the supply side of the duct work is in very poor condition, falling apart, laying on the ground , and not connected properly or sealed, appears to be oversized for the equipment that is installed at this time, recommend having a Comfort Advisor Come out and look at ducting and give Options.

DCM2 unable to complete; (2) F20251 and (4) F20252 replaced. A35 belt replaced. Building has a rodent infestation. Identified locations that looked like exterior lining of ducts had been chewed and a location were insulation has been chewed. There is probably a combined 20 feet of ductwork above the ceiling. Homeowner had a question about her water heater, she has a heat exchanger plumbed into her outdoor unit where the discharge line goes to a heat exchanger that assists in heating water for the home, and wanted to know if it needed to be removed or could it stay.
No a/c call, thermostat was giving code for suction line temp sensor not reading, found that the sensor was open internal, with homeowners permission went and picked up sensor and replaced checked operation, psi 126/286, SH18, SC8, system is running at this time.
