Arrived today due to 2014 Trane not heating/cooling along with reports of fault codes CFG007.01, CFG001.05,CFG006.00, CFG004.01.Upon arrival attempted to test operation of equipment which was unsuccessful due to fault codes holding equipment out.Looked at furnace control board finding no fault codes to be displayed board was displaying “stand-by”.Confirmed equipment was receiving proper voltage along with there was no broken, damaged or arced wires along with no loose connections.Once finished with diagnostic on the indoor equipment began diagnostic on the outdoor equipment removed cover to equipment finding equipment to be displaying “stand-by”.Confirmed there were no broken, damaged, arced wires along all connections were tight and secure.Performed a hard reset on equipment with no success of eliminating error codes.Reached out to Trane technical support which determined the thermostat & outdoor temperature sensor has malfunctioned.Performed factory reset in attempt to bypass issues
